- 2 bananas, peeled and frozen
- 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 cup of spinach, kale or romaine
- 1⁄2-1 cup nut milk or water, more or less as needed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon pinch nutmeg
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
